The Art of Living is a social skills series that focuses on the basics of etiquette for kids in today's diverse society, including but not limited to: The Golden Rule, respect and inclusion, first impressions and introductions, table manners, communication, out & about do's and don'ts, magic words and actions and much more.
A Fit Kid
An active lifestyle development program for kids 12 - 18 focusing on fitness as a fun activity for all abilities and fitness levels. Based on respect, honesty and consideration toward self and others, our mission is to provide kids an outlet for overcoming barriers to fitness, while at the same time, helping them develop social, physical and nutritional habits that will help them grow into healthy, active adults.
This two hour class for kids 12 - 18 teaches social awareness out and about and also self defense strategies to use if found in dangerous situations. Content taught by Sharon Basinger, Sensei of Karate StL.
A Night on Stage
A great way to sample a variety of performing arts, A Night on Stage provides a fun filled opportunity for kids to act up during this themed event filled with singing, dancing and acting to current and classic favorites. A wonderful introduction to musical theater that boosts confidence and encourages interaction through teamwork.
